Nearly all of our customers order the Nexride saddle right here on this website. If you order by 2pm US Eastern Time, your bike seat will probably go out the same day.

We accept credit cards and Paypal for payment and all of our payment processing is done with fully PCI compliant secure protocols. If you prefer, you can also order the Nexride Standard model via Amazon. (However, the order goes to the same place, and we offer all the same warranty and shipping options via both channels.)

We do not sell via physical retailers (e.g. bike stores). The problem is that no single bike store sells enough saddles to understand the product and to really adequately service our customers.

Give us a try. We are very responsive, and the saddle ships quickly. Our No-Fuss Warranty is simple: if you don't like the saddle for any reason, put it in the mail to us within 30 days of purchase and we refund your full purchase price. No questions asked, no return authorization required. We understand the saddle is a different experience and we are commited to making it really easy for you to try with no risk on your part.
