If within 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with the Nexride saddle for any reason, send it back. We'll refund your full purchase price. You do not need a return authorization -- just send it back. (We refund the full purchase price of the product itself, but do not refund the cost of expedited or non-U.S. shipping.)

If within one year of purchase, your Nexride saddle exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship, send it back. We'll replace it or repair it at no charge.

Return Shipping


The best way to ship within the US is USPS Priority Mail. You can print a label from the USPS.com website. You do not need to insure the package. Priority Mail is trackable, so you do not need to pay extra for delivery confirmation. This should only cost you $5 +/-$2 depending on your location. Do not send via Certified Mail, as this costs you more, and requiring us to go to the post office for pick-up will delay your refund.
